In each session, we’ll take a hands-on, intentional approach to decluttering and organizing your space. Through this process, you’ll experience not only a cleaner environment but also a clearer mind and reduced stress. Studies show that clutter can increase cortisol, stress, and feelings of shame and guilt, all of which impact your mood, self-esteem, and mental health. This package is designed to tackle those effects with compassion, care, and an eye for design.
 
Here’s How It Works:
 
1. Initial Project Consultation & Design (90 minutes | $190):
We’ll start with a 90-minute consultation to understand your needs and goals. Together, we’ll discuss the materials needed, the design, and how we’ll approach purging and organizing your space.
 
2. Guided Small Project Organization Sessions (3-6 hours per session | $150):
Over multiple sessions, we’ll work together to declutter, sort, and organize your space. This process isn’t just about cleaning; it’s about understanding why you hold onto certain items and how we can help you let go of what no longer serves you. With compassion and a non-judgmental approach, I’ll guide you through this process, helping you find “homes” for each item in a way that reduces cognitive overload and brings a sense of calm to your environment. 
* if projects require more or less hours work, this will be negotiated during the intial consultation
 
3. Large Project Organization Sessions (6+ hours and/or may require an additional organizer):
During the inital consultation for larger projects, we will identify the number of hours required to complete the job, areas of focus within the agreed upon alloted hours, and if an additional organizer is reqired for all or part of the process. This will be negotiated based on the project needs. For larger projects, please book the inital cosultation and the contract estimate of work will be emailed to you for approval and payment.
